Custom Orders, Revisions & Approval Policy
All custom arrangements are designed based on the details discussed and documented in the invoice, including style, size, color palette, and vase type.
To ensure client satisfaction, we share images of the arrangement before finalizing the order. At this stage, minor revisions may be requested. Minor revisions include:

Replacing a small number of flowers

Adjusting color balance

Adding or reducing minor elements
Revisions do not include:

Changing the vase or container after the arrangement is completed (when sharing the image for minor revisions)

Redesigning the arrangement to a different size or style

Converting a modern or designer choice arrangement into a classical or traditional style

Transferring a completed arrangement into a different vase

Redesigning an arrangement due to a change of mind or personal preference
Requests such as changing the vase or redesigning the arrangement from zero are considered a new order, as they require additional materials, labor, and time.
If you require a very specific design, color scheme, size, shape, or vase, this must be clearly communicated before payment and will be documented in the invoice.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Website Purchases
Website arrangements will closely resemble the images shown on our website. However, very small variations in flowers or vases may occur depending on availability from our wholesalers. Any substitutions will always be made with items of equal or higher quality, maintaining the overall style and value of the design. Arrangements purchased directly from our website (pre-made items) are eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation or return request is made before delivery or pickup, or the arrangement is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, in accordance with our refund policy.
- Custom Arrangements
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Custom arrangements equal or up to $250: Approved refunds are subject to a 30% fee to cover labor, design time, and preparation costs.
Custom arrangements over $250: Approved refunds are subject to a 40% fee due to increased labor, materials, and production time.
These fees reflect the reality of operating a small local business, where materials are purchased specifically for each order and cannot always be reused.
